No woman can do it alone, and that includes our Chairs and committees. Take a look at these “ads” from our members and see if your interests of skills might be of use. As with everything else right now, all meetings will be held safely virtually/on the phone.

In 2019, AAUW TC formed a Public Policy Group focused on Equal Pay. Our plans for an Equal Pay Day event in 2020 were thwarted by Covid-19, but we would like to do something in 2021. Let me know if you are interested in joining the Public Policy committee and working toward local solutions to this serious issue.
If you do not have time to serve on the committee, please email me with any ideas you have about how we can address equal pay in our community.

Our Check-In Buddies program was launched with many members reaching out to say they appreciated the opportunity to connect one on one with a fellow member. In the process, we also found a need for some additional outreach. If you would be willing to help by making calls, let me know.
