Your Check- in Buddy is coming next week!

AAUW Traverse City will be participating in a check-in buddy program. It will be a chance to meet a new local member or get to know another member better, and perhaps share with her why you joined AAUW. Next week each of us will be randomly paired with another local member—someone that shares like-minded goals for women. This will be someone to check-in to see how she is doing, to exchange recipes with, or to send an occasional greeting card. Just use your imagination as to how you wish to engage with her. This can be once a week or once a month. AAUW has always been a guilt free organization, and you are not required to be a check-in buddy.  If you do not wish to participate, please contact me, and I will take your name out of the buddy database. However, I hope you do participate since we are all stronger when we have someone to share with.  As the COVID-19 rate increases here in the community, it will be nice to have someone to share the dark days of winter with & actually receive some mail from someone.
